Sources said between early hours of May 28 and 29, 2022, the house of the arrested kingpin was raided after he was tracked to be at home.
He was, however, said to have made a magical escape after several gunshots were fired at him by jumping into a ditch.

The DSS Operatives reportedly went back to the arrested kingpin’s ancestral home at Unubi to arrest an aged woman presumed to be his mother.
His wife was said to have gone for “Omugwo” of her daughter who recently delivered in Ekwulobia area of the state.
