Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan breaks another record

At the Stockholm Diamond League, Tobi Amusan of Nigeria won the women’s 100-meter hurdles competition with a time of 12.52 seconds.

She outperformed third-place finisher Pia Skrzyszowska (12.78 seconds) and second-place finisher Sarah Lavin (12.73 seconds), who set a personal best.

On Friday at the Lausanne Diamond League, Tobi finished second in the 100-meter hurdles competition.

Puerto Rican Jasmine Camacho-Quinn won the event with a time of 12.40 seconds.

Amusan finished in 12.47 seconds, which was also her best time of the season.

With a time of 12.51 seconds, Tia Jones came in third.

After Camacho-Quinn and Tia, Amusan finished third at the continental tour event in Ostra on Tuesday. She made a small progression.
