Nollywood actor, Alafin Oro, is dead
Popular Nollywood actor, Adedigba Mukail, known by his stage name Alafin Oro has passed away.
Alafin Oro’s demise was announced on Saturday by fellow actor, Kunle Afod.
Afod expressed his sadness at the loss of a great philosopher and icon with extensive knowledge of Yoruba culture.
“R.I.P Adedigba. We will surely miss you. We drank from your River of knowledge, we know how important you are,the sad news this morning really broke my heart @alafinoro1 sun re ooo,” Afod wrote on Instagram.

In another post, Afod said: “Another library is burnt down today. A great philosopher. An icon with so much Yoruba knowledge. A lover of God @alafinoro1. You departed this sinful world early hour of today. May your gentle soul rest in peace.”
Other Nollywood stars have also taken to social media to mourn Alafin Oro.
Kemi Afolabi, on her part, said: “Phew! Rest in peace sir. Death a debt everyone owes and must pay.”
“May his soul RIP.” Yomi Fabiyi wrote in the comment section.
