Popular Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Nkechi Blessing narrowly avoided injury for the second time in two months after a portion of the POP ceiling in her Lekki residence collapsed unexpectedly.

The incident, which occurred over the weekend, was shared by the actress via her Instagram account on Monday. In a video post, Nkechi expressed relief that no one was harmed, while also voicing frustration over the recurring structural failures in her home. She described the collapse as “another clear sign” that it was time to relocate.

“Lekki THANK YOU, another sign to pack my bags and leave. Second time in the space of 2 months,” she wrote. “Abeg make una watch my film make I fit go buy house for VI or Ikoyi. I fit dey smile oooo but deep down I am going through a lot.”

This marks the second ceiling collapse in her Lekki home, with the previous incident reportedly occurring dangerously close to her parked vehicle. The actress has since raised concerns about the quality of construction in the area, suggesting that substandard materials and workmanship may be to blame.
