Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
According to Abdullahi Sule, the governor of Nasarawa State, northern governors of the APC will use their resources to guarantee that Bola Tinubu, the party’s presidential candidate, was elected as the nation’s next leader.
Sule spoke on Sunday at the APC’s campaign rally for the Nasarawa West senatorial zone at the state’s Kokona Local Government Area headquarters.
He pointed out that the APC Northern governors, if anyone, wanted Tinubu to be president.
In the upcoming general election, the governor committed to supporting not only the APC’s presidential candidate but also all other party candidates.

According to him, “The APC Northern governors will use their resources to ensure that Tinubu emerges president of the country. If there is anybody that wants Tinubu to become president, it is the APC Northern Governors.”
Sule, who said he was prepared to face any form of opposition, vowed that: “Only God can stop Tinubu and A. A Sule from becoming president and governor respectively. We are determined to commit our resources and strength to conquer any form of opposition.”
Therefore, the governor insisted that he would not be moved by any resistance, adding that he was ready to face any difficulty before the upcoming elections.
Even as this was happening, the governor denied media rumors that 11 APC governors were meeting in secret with Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the PDP presidential candidate.
