Police Arrest More Suspects Over Killing of Ajiran of Agungi’s Son in Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested additional suspects in connection with the killing of Prince Ademola Akinloye, the son of the Ajiran of Agungi, Oba Tijani Akinloye, as investigations into the tragic incident intensify.

Police authorities disclosed that the new arrests were made during ongoing efforts to unravel the circumstances surrounding the killing, which has sparked widespread concern in the Agungi community and across Lagos State.

According to sources within the command, the suspects were apprehended following intensified intelligence gathering and coordinated operations by detectives assigned to the case. The police confirmed that the suspects are currently in custody and are providing investigators with useful information that could help identify other individuals linked to the crime.

The killing of Prince Ademola Akinloye had earlier prompted the police to launch a manhunt for the perpetrators, with the command assuring residents that those responsible would be tracked down and brought to justice.

The Lagos State Police Command reiterated its commitment to conducting a thorough investigation while maintaining security across the state.
