The National Chairman, Ulama’u Council, of Jama’atu Izalatil Bid’ah Wa’Ikamatis Sunnah (JIBWIS), Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingir, has admonished Islamic scholars to be truthful and just in their preaching.
Sheikh Jingir made the call Thursday at the opening of the 29th annual pre-Ramadan seminar themed: “Good Governance and Best Approach to Public Security” held in Jos.
According to him, the only way out of the menace – insecurity, high cost of living, corruption – among others is for everyone to be sincere and kind to one another, saying sincerity helps to stabilise the country.
