Reps reject motion to make WAEC, NECO, UTME registrations free
The House of Representatives has rejected a proposal that aimed to compel the federal government to make the 2023/2024 secondary school exams free for all Nigerians.
The resolution, moved by Anamero Dekeri, asked the federal government to make WAEC, NECO, and JAMB free for this academic session, but lawmakers voted against it.
This move comes as Nigerians continue to protest politicians’ decision to spend billions on official vehicles.
