Tiaga emphasized the need for all the parties involved to maintain status quo based on the interim court injunction, depending on the determination of a substantive suit before a competent court of jurisdiction presently hearing the case.

He recalled that the Federal High Court Abuja had recently issued an order of interim injunction restraining Fidelity Bank, its agents or privies from altering the board’s composition of BEDC pending the hearing and determination of the matter before the honorable court.
