Rising star Kaiye declared missing after mass protest
Kaiye, an up-and-coming artist known for his recent single “Bonjour,” has been declared missing.
His whereabouts are unknown after participating in the nationwide protest that began on Thursday, August 1st.
The protest staged nationwide aimed to end the bad economic situation in Nigeria that has further impoverished many citizens.
Kaiye was said to have joined the protest in Lagos with hopes of making a difference through his public stand.
Since his involvement in the demonstration, there has been a concerning lack of communication from Kaiye.
The last photograph shared by the artist on his Instagram, depicting him en route to the protest, is the only clue to his whereabouts.
His manager revealed that Kaiye has not returned home, and all attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful.
