Senate President Ahmed Lawan
The Senate would on Thursday proceed on 19 days Easter break, Senate President Ahmad Lawan disclosed this at the end of plenary on Wednesday.
He said that the break would commence on Thursday and last till Tuesday April 13, 2021.
Lawan however said that standing committees of the Senate would continue to carry out their legislative work during the break period.
