Sevilla terminate Kelechi Iheanacho’s contract
Spanish La Liga football club Sevilla has confirmed the departure of Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho after both parties reached an agreement to terminate his contract by mutual consent.
In a brief statement issued on Monday, the club revealed that “an agreement has been reached with Kelechi Iheanacho to rescind his contract.” Best of luck in the future, Senior Man.
Iheanacho, also known as “Senior Man,” joined Sevilla in the summer but has battled to establish himself in the club.
The 28-year-old was brought in to bolster the attack after a free move from Leicester City, where he spent seven years and scored over 61 goals in all competitions.
