Oluremi Tinubu, wife of Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has lost an in-law, Kolapo Akande.
Kolapo was married to the sister of Oluremi Tinubu, Lola Akande, who is the current commissioner for commerce, industry and Cooperatives in Lagos State, PM News reported.
The commissioner’s husband was said to have died on Wednesday night, November 16.
Kolapo has been reportedly sick for a while of an undisclosed ailment.
Both Akande and Tinubu’s families have been thrown into mourning because of his death.
The death of the commissioner’s husband is coming a few days after the Lagos APC family lost Abdul-Sobur Olawale, a lawmaker in the Lagos State house of assembly. He slumped and died in Jos at the presidential campaign flag-off of the party.
