Tottenham beat Man Utd to win Europa League
Tottenham Hotspur have won this year’s Europa League, defeating Manchester United 1-0 on Wednesday night.
Both clubs entered the game hoping to win the trophy, which would have been a significant boost in an otherwise disastrous season.
Winning the Europa League would also guarantee a spot in next season’s Champions League.
Spurs scored the match’s only goal in Bilbao.
