Trailer crushes six to death in Delta

In Delta State, six persons have reportedly lost their lives after they were crushed to death by a trailer.

The incident happened at Amukpe roundabout in Sapele, Sapele Local Government Area of the State.

The six persons met their end after the trailer carrying sugar cane fell on them on Friday night of August 9.

The victims were said to be waiting for a vehicle that will take them to Warri when the trailer crushed them and they died instantly.

Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe is yet to issue a statement regarding the incident

Police operatives were said to have arrived at the scene of the incident in order to ensure law and order are maintained along the road
