Trump warns Iran, says, If we’re attacked, you’ll see power like never before
U.S. President Donald Trump has publicly distanced the United States from the recent Israeli strike on Iran, stating that Washington had “nothing to do with the attack on Iran, tonight.”
He issued the statement Sunday morning via his social media platform, Truth Social.
In the post, Trump warned Tehran against any retaliatory action that might involve the U.S., threatening an overwhelming military response if provoked.
“If we are attacked in any way, shape or form by Iran, the full strength and might of the U.S. Armed Forces will come down on you at levels never seen before,” Trump declared.

Despite his firm tone, Trump also hinted at the possibility of diplomacy, claiming that a peace agreement between Iran and Israel remains within reach.
“However, we can easily get a deal done between Iran and Israel, and end this bloody conflict,” he said.
Trump’s remarks follow his earlier ultimatum issued this spring to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, granting a 60-day window to negotiate a new nuclear deal.
He also reportedly urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to pause any military action during the negotiation window.
Now, as Israel proceeds with airstrikes on Iranian territory, Trump told CNN, “I don’t know if you know but I gave them a 60-day warning, and today is day 61.”
