Twitter suffered another global outage on Wednesday, with thousands of users unable to refresh or load their timeline feeds.
The users reported the outage on the Down Detector website, a website that monitors outages.
According to the users, they can send tweets but only the author can see their tweets, indicating that timelines are not working.
They said they were greeted by the message “Welcome to Twitter!” in place of their usual feed of posts.
The development came after Twitter reportedly laid off 200 workers on Monday.
The outage-tracking site DownDetector reported the issues at 10:00 GMT, but appeared to have been resolved by 12:00, a BBC report stated.
While it is not clear what is causing the outage, some users lamented that the issues are affecting their timelines.

While there have been minor intermittent outages in recent months, this is the second time users across the world will be complaining about having problems accessing the platform since July 14, 2022.
