US based Nigerian, Dr Ayo Otiko discovers world most potent drug for diabetic ulcer
A United States of America based Nigerian medical doctor, Christopher Ayo Otiko has discovered a drug called Tetracyte for the treatment of diabetic ulcer.
The drug has been medically certified as the world’s most potent drug for the treatment of diabetic ulcer.
According to the Drugs Agency in the United States, the drug “heals ten times faster than any available drug for the treatment of diabetic ulcer”.
Dr Otiko, who is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Medical Director, ViaDerma Inc, hails from Akure, Ondo State. He is currently in Nigeria on the invitation of some government agencies interested in collaborating and partnering with him.
Dr Otiko, a Podiatric Specialist, who has nearly 20 years of medical experience as a foot and ankle surgeon, treating such conditions as life threatening burns among others, is Board Certified in the prevention and treatment of Diabetic wounds.
