Victor Osimhen gave conditions to join Chelsea – Romano
Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, has given Chelsea two conditions to join the Premier League club this summer.
Osimhen’s future at the former Serie A champions remains uncertain, as there are no active talks despite his availability.
The Blues are trying to bring in the Nigerian on a loan deal while sending Romelu Lukaku to Napoli on a permanent deal.

But football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, speaking on YouTube said Osimhen is “not considering a loan with option to buy”.
Romano also said the Super Eagles striker “will not reduce his salary” to make the move to Chelsea.
