Why I’m supporting Tinubu, Shettima —Mama Miliki

A singer and show promoter, Bunmi Ajibade, aka Mama Miliki, has said she floated Emilokan Entertainment in a bid to support the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu; and his running mate, Kashim Shettima.

She told Saturday Beats, “I have always loved and admired the leadership qualities of our great leader, the Jagaban of Borgu, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. When he was the governor of Lagos State, he impressed me with his brilliance, compassion for the underprivileged, and his overall performance in office. If given a chance, I believe that he would turn Nigeria’s economy around.”

She added, “The country is in a bad shape right now. I believe that only the combination of Tinubu and Shettima can solve the problems of insecurity and the failing economy.”

Mama Miliki also noted that she organised a prayer session for the candidates last week in order to seek spiritual intervention for Tinubu’s presidential ambition. The Lagos State coordinator of Emilokan Entertainment, Bashir Bada, maintained that the group believes Tinubu’s presidential ambition will become a reality by seeking the blessings of God. He added, “Tinubu is a tested and trusted leader who has touched lives and redefined leadership in and out of public office.”Punch
