The Oyo State Police Command yesterday said it apprehended one Itunu Adepoju for allegedly stealing a three-day-old baby from her mother.
The Command said preliminary investigation revealed that the baby was stolen from her mother, Monsurat Latee, who put to bed at Mission House, in Yahora Faith Mission, Itamerin, Ogbere, Ibadan.
A statement by the Command spokesman, Adewale Osifeso said that the suspect was arrested in Lagos by detectives attached to the Command’s Special Enquiry Bureau.
