Yemi Edun again named among UK most influential Black people
Founder and CEO of Daniel Ford International, Yemi Edun, has once again earned a spot on Britain’s prestigious Powerlist — marking his sixth consecutive appearance among the UK’s 100 most influential Black people.
The Powerlist 2026, released this week, honours individuals of African and Caribbean heritage who have made outstanding contributions across business, politics, culture, and public life in the United Kingdom.
Edun, who first made the list in 2020, remains the sole representative from the UK real estate sector to maintain a six-year streak on the roll of honour.
Reacting to the recognition, Edun described the achievement as “a tremendous honour,” adding: “For me, the Powerlist is more than a celebration — it’s a call to continue creating opportunities, mentoring young professionals, and bridging communities through enterprise.”
