A 34-year old man from Singapore has broken a 34-year record by successfully having intercourse with 57 different women within a 24-hour period.

The erstwhile record holder successfully had sex with 55 women in a 24-hour period in 1983.

The record was set in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, as part of an annual event run by a local brothel.

The man, who was not named by local Czech media, told reporters that he had been training hard for months and was delighted to have broken the previous record, which stood at 55.

“I’ve always been a bit of a sex addict, and when I learned that the brothel was having a world record attempt, I knew I had to come and give it a go,” he said.

“I took it really seriously and trained for it just like an athlete would prepare for a marathon. In some ways, it’s actually much harder than a lot of professional sports.”

The world record attempt began at midnight local time, with officials looking on as the man commenced intercourse with his first partner.

“For the world record to count, every woman I slept with had to be different, so the venue had to hire a number of girls from other brothels,” the unnamed man said.

By midday, he was ahead of world-record pace, having slept with 29 women.

“I started to get a bit of a cramp around then, but luckily, we had a physiotherapist on hand to give me a massage, which helped out,” he told journalists.

As part of the conditions attached to the world record, no challenger is allowed to take any prescription medicine to enhance their erection, and the Singaporean man passed a test to reveal his system was clear of such medication.

“Natural remedies are permitted, but I won’t disclose what supplements I take,” he said.

In addition, for each individual session of intercourse to count, the participant must ejaculate more than 5ml of semen.

The record officials were on hand to dutifully measure the amount of fluid ejaculated by the man at the end of each session.

“It’s not the most sought-after job, but we find it rewarding in our own way,” said one of the judges involved.

The previous record holder, an American porn actor, slept with 55 women within a single 24-hour period back in 1983 as a promotional stunt for a new film release.

For decades, men around the world have tried – and failed – to break that mark.

“I personally never thought the record would be broken,” said one judge. “It’s a true credit to this man’s determination and perseverance.”

Just shortly before 11pm, the man broke the record after he completed his 56th session of intercourse, and officials were impressed when he decided to add one more to the tally to finish with 57.

Officials believe it will be unlikely for the record to ever be broken, particularly as such a high volume of sex in a short period of time causes great trauma to the penis.

“As soon as he finished his 57th partner, he was rushed to hospital for treatment to his penis,” said one official.

“In the past, men have actually chafed their penis so much attempting to break the record that they’ve had to have skin grafts; and in one severe case, amputation was actually required.

Clearly it’s a risky record to break.”

Veteran Nollywood actor Yinka Quadri has revealed how his wife, Sadiat Adenike, responded to his relationships with female colleagues, saying she remained friendly with some of the actresses despite knowing he was dating them.

The veteran Yoruba actor made the disclosure during an interview with African A-List, where he recounted how some of the women he was romantically involved with became friends with his wife and sometimes informed her about his relationships with other actresses.

According to Quadri, the situation occasionally became complicated when some of the women approached his wife to discuss his romantic relationships, even though they were also involved with him.

He said his wife was already aware of many of the relationships and chose not to confront the women.

“I won’t mention some of the ladies in the industry. They would become friends with my wife and tell her I was dating someone,” the actor said.

He explained that some of the women acted out of jealousy, approaching his wife to report his relationships with other actresses.

“Some of them were women I was actually dating, but they went to her out of jealousy,” he added.

Quadri said his wife’s response often surprised the women, as she would tell them she already knew about the relationships and would not engage in arguments with them.

The actor also disclosed that some of the actresses occasionally spent the night at his residence when film productions ended late.

According to him, his wife continued to welcome and care for the women despite knowing about their relationships with him.

“Sometimes, when production ended late, they would sleep in my house on Kalu Street. She would feed them, and even though she knew I was dating them, she gave them everything they needed,” he said.

Quadri did not identify the actresses he referred to during the interview.

The revelation has drawn attention to the veteran actor’s personal life and the experiences he described from his years in the Nollywood film industry, where long production schedules often require cast and crew members to work late.

Quadri met his wife, Sadiat Adenike, in 1985, and they married in 1989. Their marriage has produced children and grandchildren.

The actor also reflected on the sacrifices his wife made during his career, acknowledging her support as an important part of his personal and professional journey.

Beyond his family life, Quadri recounted how he pursued his passion for acting despite his father’s reservations about the profession. He said he had initially helped with his father’s business before eventually committing himself to filmmaking.

He also recalled selling an unfinished house to finance a film project, highlighting the financial risks he took while building his career in the entertainment industry.

His latest comments have renewed public discussion about marriage, fidelity and relationships in Nollywood, although the account of his wife’s response and the relationships involved remains based on the actor’s own recollection.

Temi Nkem Wins N160m BBNaija Season 11 Grand Prize

Temi Nkem has emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 11, taking the N160 million grand prize at the grand finale of the reality television show.

Nkem was crowned winner of the “Show Ya Sef” edition on Sunday, October 4, 2026, after 70 days in the BBNaija house.

The 21-year-old, whose real name is Temitope Chigbue, secured 25.87 per cent of the final votes to finish ahead of Aikou, who polled 23.68 per cent and emerged as the first runner-up. Sheba finished in third place with 9.80 per cent of the votes.

The finale brought the competition among the remaining housemates to an end after a season that featured weekly tasks, nominations, evictions and several twists.

The BBNaija Season 11 winner will receive a prize package valued at N160 million, comprising N90 million in cash, a brand-new SUV and other sponsored prizes.

The cash component was adjusted from the initially announced N100 million after N10 million was allocated to the season’s Most Influential Player of the Week (MIPOW) prize fund.

Nkem’s victory also makes her the fifth female winner in BBNaija history, following previous female champions Mercy Eke, Phyna, Ilebaye and Imisi.

The season began on July 26 with 24 housemates competing for the grand prize. The finale eventually narrowed the field to nine finalists before the final positions were determined through viewers’ votes.

During the live finale, Aikou was announced as the first runner-up, while Sheba finished as the second runner-up.

The finale also featured performances by Nigerian singers Teni and Oshamo and was hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

With her victory, Temi Nkem succeeds Imisi, the winner of BBNaija Season 10, as the latest champion of the popular Nigerian reality television franchise.
