Bandits kill two men who delivered ransom in Niger State
Bandits have k!lled two men after they delivered ransom for the release of victims abducted in Guaraka community in Tafa Local Government Area of Niger State.
LIB reported that bandits raided a hotel in the community on August 19, 2024, and abducted all the lodgers in the facility including the owner, his younger brother and his wife, the hotel manager, as well as three other guests.
It was gathered that the victims, Abubakar Sani, popularly known as Nda Abu and Ibrahim Garba Shere, also known as Alhaji Tapki, went to deliver the ransom demanded by the abductors but they collected the money and k!lled them.

The victims were laid to rest on Saturday, September 14.
Member representing Tafa Constituency in the Niger State House of Assembly, Hon. Muhammad Sani, who attended the burial offered his condolences to the families and the entire community for their loss.
In his tribute, he described the victims as heroes whose memories will not be forgotten easily.
