BREAKING: Anambra Gov, Soludo, loses dad
Professor Charles Soludo, the Governor of Anambra State, lost his father, Pa Simeon Nwankwo Soludo, on Monday (Ichie Akukananwa 1).
Christian Aburime, the governor’s chief press secretary, said in a statement that Pa Soludo died in the early hours of Monday following a brief illness.

Pa Soludo is survived by seven sons, eight daughters-in-law, 22 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren, according to him.
He stated that Governor Soludo mentioned his late father lived a full life and died at the age of 92.
Aburime in the statement noted that further information would be communicated to the public in due course.
