French Father, Nine Others Charged Over Alleged Rape of Drugged 5-Year-Old Boy

French prosecutors have charged a French father and nine other men in connection with the alleged rape and sexual abuse of a five-year-old boy, a case that has sparked outrage and renewed debate over child protection in France.
