Gunmen kill one, raze vehicles in Ebonyi hotel attack
At least one person was killed during an attack on a hotel in Ezzamgbo in the Ohaukwu Local government Area of Ebonyi State.
Vehicles around the hotel’s premises were also set ablaze during the attack by the assailants.
The hotel is said to belong to the Local government chairman, Ikechukwu Odono.
The police in the south east state confirmed the incident to newsmen on Monday.

The acting Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Joshua Ukandu, disclosed that the unfortunate incident occurred at Ezzamgbo junction on Sunday night.
He added that the deceased is yet-to-be-identified.
The Police PRO said more officers have been deployed to the area to unravel the circumstances behind the attack and retore normalcy to the area.
