As part of this strategic collaboration, the highly anticipated Jetour G700 was launched in Nigeria, yesterday, Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Jetour flagship showroom on Adeyemo Alakija Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, marking a significant milestone.

The event was graced by Mr. Yuan Anguo, Vice President of Jetour International, who attended to celebrate the brand’s expansion in Africa.

The launch was a tremendous success, with strong enthusiasm from industry leaders, media, and automotive enthusiasts alike.

Mr. Yuan’s presence highlighted Jetour’s commitment to growth in the Nigerian market and beyond, showcasing the G700’s cutting-edge design and technology.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Yuan said the Jetour has globalised its research and development operations.

He also revealed that Jetour would soon introduce a pickup model into the Nigerian market in a bid to deepen its footprint and increase its share of the country’s automotive industry.

The Chief Executive Officer of W Motors, Mr Wadih Nasrallah, reassured customers of strong after-sales support, noting that the company had put in place a reliable spare parts supply system.

The company offers a 7-year/unlimited mileage warranty, being the first of such in the African market.

Jetour G700 is a luxury hybrid all-terrain SUV designed for off-roading. Powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine and two electric motors, the G700 delivers an impressive 904 hp and 1,135 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.6 seconds.

It boasts a total driving range of 800 to 1,000 km, a wading depth of 900 mm, and seven intelligent off-road driving modes—designed to tackle a variety of terrains, from urban roads to desert dunes.

Inside, the G700’s spacious six-seater cabin includes massage seats and healthy air systems for maximum comfort and relaxation.

The innovative cockpit features advanced four-screen interaction, a Snapdragon-powered voice control system, and seamless connectivity, providing the perfect blend of adventure and sophistication.

Other Jetour models distributed by W Motors include the Jetour T 1, Jetour T 2, and Jetour X 90 Plus.
