One of the largest supermarkets in Abuja, the nation’s capital, Next Cash and Carry, has been gutted by fire.
The cause of the fire incident had not been established as of the time of filling this report and the fire was still raging by mid-day.
Next Cash and Carry is a popular supermarket in the Kado area of Abuja.
Firefighters were seen battling to contain the inferno. At least three fire trucks were seen on the premises.
No one was certain about casualties in the incident.
