Osogbo United Youth Forum Launches Free JAMB UTME Tutorial for Indigenes, Residents
The Osogbo United Youth Forum (OUYF) has announced the commencement of a free UTME tutorial programme in Osogbo for indigenes and residents preparing for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
The initiative is part of the forum’s ongoing efforts to promote education development, youth empowerment and academic excellence in Osogbo, Osun State.
In a statement released by the group, OUYF said the free UTME tutorial for Osogbo students will officially commence on Friday, March 6, 2026, and will hold at Adenle Secondary School, Ayetoro, Osogbo.
According to the organisers, the programme is designed to help candidates preparing for the JAMB UTME examination strengthen their understanding of key subjects while equipping them with effective examination strategies and revision techniques that can improve their performance.

The forum noted that the tutorial sessions will take place three times weekly, providing structured learning opportunities for students ahead of the examination.
Classes will be held every Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Participants in the OUYF free UTME tutorial programme will benefit from intensive lessons in core UTME subjects, practice questions, mock examinations, and interactive sessions with experienced tutors who will guide students on effective exam preparation.
The organisers explained that the initiative aims to ensure that Osogbo indigenes and residents are adequately prepared to compete successfully for admission into universities, polytechnics and other tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
OUYF urged interested students to take advantage of the opportunity, stressing that the programme is part of its broader commitment to supporting the academic future of young people in the community.
Parents and guardians were also encouraged to support their children and wards to participate in the free JAMB UTME tutorial in Osogbo, noting that such educational interventions can significantly increase students’ chances of securing admission into higher institutions.
