A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress Joe Igbokwe has hinted of a meeting between the presidential candidate of the party, Bola Tinubu and Governor of Rivers state Nyesom Wike.
Joe, in a social media posting on Thursday said Wike has traveled to France to meet Tinubu.
The media office of the APC candidate had announced he was traveling to France for some meetings.
Since Wike came second in the presidential primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party, which was won by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, things have not been the same .
Just two days ago, Governor of Benue state Samuel Ortom, disclosed that Wike was edged out of the vice presidential slot of the PDP after 14 of the Governors had endorsed him as Atiku’s running mate.

Just yesterday, another PDP stalwart and former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, said he would rather support a southern candidate saying it is not the turn of the North to produce the next President.
Confirming the meeting between Tinubu and Wike, Igbokwe wrote, “While they are on Social Media abusing everybody Gov Wike goes to France to meet Asiwaju. Abuse, calling names, hate and bigotry are no strategy. They hated and abused PMB since 2015 and now they have transferred the aggression to Asiwaju. We wait and see.”
