BBNaija: Car dealer apologises to Erica after calling her bastard

A car dealer, Mr Chidi Mike of Chidi Mike Cars who promised BBNaija’s Erica N2 million and a car gift but “failed” to redeem his pledge has apologised after calling her a bastard.
Chidi Mike Cars (CMS) had promised Erica N2 million cash and a car gift after she got disqualified from the house.
But Erica’s management claimed that when they reached out to him and he turned his supposed gift to a contract.
Erica’s management then reportedly asked CMC to take down the post which he made pledging to give the housemate a car and N2 million in order to avoid “misleading the general public”.
CMC, apparently finding this embarrassing, took to Instagram to blast Erica and her management, calling them hungry people.
He was said to have asked if he owed Erica money in the first place.
But in a new development, the car dealer has apologised for his utterances in an Instagram Live session.
He said it was a transferred aggression as a result of an issue he had with an uninsured car.

Why I’m backing Tinubu, not supporting Funke Akindele — Bimbo Akintola

Nollywood actress, Bimbo Akintola, has explained why she has pitched her tent with the All Progressives Congress, including its presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for the 2023 elections.
The prominent Nollywood actress revealed this in an interview she granted Television Continental recently.
Akintola said she belong to the APC Presidential Campaign Council.
She said: “I am with the PCC.
“I’m working for Asiwaju.
“And I’m also with CGI (Connecting Grassroots Initiative), which MC Oluomo started.
“What we are doing is going door to door.
“First and foremost, Asiwaju built talent.
“He found people who can do things.
“Look at his cabinet when he was governor.
“Those are the names we call now.
“We see (Babatunde Raji) Fashola, (Yemi) Osinbanjo, Wale Edun.
“And they are the so-called young names we call in politics.

“And they all came from where?
“It’s because Asiwaju sourced them and brought them on.
“We would be excited about the changes that would happen in this country.”
Akintola said one of the reasons she is backing the former Lagos State Governor to emerge the president of the country was his support for the creative industry.
She said: “I know he has a vision for Nigeria, which is crucial.
“Where we are in the world right now, if you know you don’t have a picture, you shouldn’t try to serve.
“He has an idea.
“Tinubu has supported so many people.
“Our industry for one.
“You don’t need to know him to get support.
:When we lost Moji Olaiya, and she wasn’t in the country, he flew her in, he paid for everything.
“So many actors have received help from him.
“And he doesn’t know them from anywhere.”
When asked about her colleague, Funke Akindele, who is Peoples Democratic Party deputy governorship candidate for Lagos State, Akintola said: “I think more and more people who feel they have a service to give to this country need to step up.
“Nigeria needs all the help.
“They should step up.”
She noted that she has currently been speaking up because of how other people try to downplay her choices.
Akintola added: “Normally, I don’t share my politics or what I believe on social media, but because of how people are attacking others, I said no, we won’t be bullied.
“Every Nigerian has the right to make a choice.
“My choice might be different from yours, but it doesn’t change the fact that we are both Nigerians.”

An on-air personality, Nedu Wazobia, has said that following his controversial comments that he once walked in on his rich friend having sex with two female celebs at the same time, a lady reached out to him, pleading for the rich man’s contact.
He told Saturday Beats, “After the release of the podcast where I talked about one of my friends who gave a lady N3m before even sleeping with her, another lady sent me a message on social media, saying that she had school challenges. She asked me to introduce her to that same man, so she could also collect money from him.”

The broadcaster also maintained that women who thought they could only appear sexy when they exposed themselves were insecure. He said, “There is no one that can ever say I did anything immoral to get a job. I have got all the jobs I did because I was qualified for then. Women who feel that they are only sexy when they reveal body parts are insecure, and they have nothing to offer other than their bodies. If your primary aim is to be sexy, the only people that will come to you are those that want to have sex with you and leave.
“Nobody keeps a woman that is for the public. Those who have something to offer are always decent. But, that is not to say that those who cover up themselves don’t engage in immoral activities too.”
Revealing the lowest amount he had ever been paid as a master of ceremonies, Nedu said, “For my first MC job around 2010/2011, I was paid N30,000. It was an Igbo wedding, and they really stressed me a lot.”
