Mohbad’s spirit strong, I can’t sleep – Davido
David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, a Nigerian pop singer, has stated that his sleep is being disrupted by Mohbad’s death.
Davido revealed this in a post on his Instagram post.
“Mohbad ur spirit strong ooo..sleep come hard me,” he wrote.

The ‘Fall’ crooner also confirmed he will fly into the country for a candlelight procession in Mohbad’s honour on Thursday.
The procession will begin at Lekki Phase 1 gate and end with a tribute concert at Muri Okunola Park.
Mohbad, who was born Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, died last Tuesday.
He passed on at 27, with varying accounts of how he died circulating on the Internet.

Shan George recovers N3.6m stolen from bank account
Nollywood actress, Shan George, has received back her N3.6 million, which was cleared from her Zenith bank account days ago.
The legendary actress disclosed this on her Instagram on Thursday.
She had earlier taken to social media to cry about one Cecelia Chiagoziem Okoro, who had withdrawn the amount from her account and left just N1,637.

Expressing her gratitude to those who attended to her plight, she promised to give full details later.
She said, “To all those who called, texted, and even sent me their token to enable me pursue d issue, God bless u abundantly and replenish ur pockets a billion folds.”

‘It’s real’, daughter of New Masquerade actress Ovularia confirms mum’s death
Renowned TV actress, Madam Elizabeth Evoeme, popularly known as Ovularia in the rested ‘The New Masquerade’, has passed on.
She died at the age of 81.
Her daughter, Justina Ngozi Evoeme, who is based in London confirmed Ovularia’s death, which she described as painful and shocking.
A statement by the Evoeme Emekalam family read, “Friends, fans, colleagues, the family of the legendary actress, Elizabeth Lizzy ‘Ovularia’ Evoeme, would like to notify the public, all those who loved her and her work in ‘The new Masquerade,’ of her passing.
“Elizabeth ‘Ovularia’ Evoeme will be dearly missed and was extremely loved by her family and also by you, her fans.
“We thank you all for your support and for respecting our privacy at this time.
“God bless you all and may our dear Elizabeth ‘Ovularia’ Evoeme rest in perfect peace, now and always.”
He death came over four and a half years after a widespread speculation that she was dead.
This was exactly on November 5, 2019 as announced on Twitter (X) by one Churchill Ebhodaghe without any detail regarding the cause of her rumoured death.
Her on-screen husband, Chika Okpala popular called Chief Zebrudaya Okoroigwe Nwaogbe alias 4.30 in the sitcom, dismissed the rumour then.
“Who’s wishing her dead? I am telling you now that Ovularia is not dead. You can call her on the telephone and she will speak to you.
“Wishing her death means that she will live longer,” Zebrudaya reportedly said.
Vanguard on Tuesday quoted her daughter Justina as saying on Tuesday via telephone, “It is not a rumour this time. It is real and very painful.”
