Presidential spokesman Daniel Bwala
New presidential aide Bwala alleges media conspiracy against him
Presidential spokesman Daniel Bwala has raised concerns about an alleged conspiracy against him by certain television guests and anchors.
He made the claim in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, though he did not provide specific details or name individuals involved.
Bwala, who was recently appointed as the Special Adviser on Media and Public Communications (State House) on November 14, urged faith and prayer in the face of what he described as an “overwhelming conspiracy.”
“When you come against an overwhelming conspiracy of some television guests and anchors against you pushing an agenda and you are helpless; just pray to your God. He will expose them for who they are. It has started,” Bwala wrote.

Bwala’s appointment has sparked mixed reactions within political circles, partly due to his previous role as the Official Spokesperson for the 2023 PDP Presidential Campaign.
His switch to a prominent role under the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has drawn scrutiny and debate.
Shortly after assuming office, Bwala claimed he had replaced Ajuri Ngelale as President Bola Tinubu’s official spokesman, addressing State House correspondents in Abuja.
However, the presidency later issued a clarifying statement, redesignating his role to “Special Adviser Policy Communication.”
