By Tuesday, sunny and hazy conditions are expected to remain dominant in the northern and North-Central regions, while the South will experience cloudy morning conditions and isolated thunderstorms with moderate rainfall later in the day.
NiMet cautioned residents, particularly those with respiratory ailments, to take preventive measures as dust particles remain suspended in the atmosphere. Motorists were also advised to drive carefully during periods of rainfall due to reduced visibility and slippery roads.
The agency further urged airline operators to obtain airport-specific weather reports from NiMet to aid effective flight planning, while encouraging the general public to stay informed through its official weather updates.
