Kemi Olunloyo accuses MohBad’s wife of sleeping with Naira Marley, others
In a startling turn of events, controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo, has accused Wunmi, the wife of late popular Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as MohBad, of infidelity, raising speculations over the paternity of their only child.
Mohbad’s tragically passed away on 12th September, under unclear circumstances, leaving behind a plethora of controversies.
Olunloyo, a veteran journalist known for her fearless approach to news reporting, has taken to the X platform to make heinous allegations against the singer’s widow and named Wunmi as the primary suspect in Mohbad’s death.
She said according to her source based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Wunmi allegedly meticulously planned her late husband’s demise.
Olunloyo claimed that Wunmi engaged in sexual relationships with multiple men associated with the Marlian record label, including Naira Marley, Zinoleesky, and Sam Larry.
The journalist further accused the late singer’s wife of being an active drug user, citing an incident where Wunmi confronted officials of the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency during a house search.

“Wunmi was lounging at the @ndlea_nigeria agent about to remove his cap possibly punching him in the head. She was incoherent, completely impaired and a danger to herself and everyone around her including the agents making arrests,” she alleged.
In light of these accusations and the public’s demand for clarity and truth, a Nigerian businessman and the CEO of African Television Larry Omodia, has pledged a generous sum of N10 million to support Mohbad’s widow, including conducting a DNA test to ascertain the paternity of her child.
Omodia stressed the importance of a DNA test, especially in the face of a leaked audio conversation between Mohbad and his wife, which contained grave allegations against her.
He said: “N10 million to Mohbad’s wife if DNA proves that that child belongs to Mohbad. African television will pay for the DNA test, raise N10 million for Mohbad’s wife to raise that child if the DNA proves that that child is actually Mohbad’s child.
“This is to counter those people who say, ‘If you talk about DNA, they will sue you for N3 million. Let them come after me. My name is Larry Omodia. I’m the CEO of African Television.

“We are tired of women sending our boys to jail, killing our boys, lying against our men. Do you know how many men are in their graves because of a woman? Kings have been buried by women. Future presidents have been put in jail by women”.
However, popular Nigerian actress and movie producer Mary Njoku, has vehemently opposed suggestions advocating for a DNA test for the mourning widow.
Njoku who described the call as malicious, argued that questioning the paternity of the child was unwarranted, especially when the late Mohbad had never expressed any doubts regarding his son’s parentage.
“If her husband didn’t doubt the paternity of his child, who are we to think otherwise? Abeg make una no let the dead para for una o! Don’t frustrate his family,” she said.
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command has assured that details of the autopsy conducted on the remains of the late singer will be made public soon and called for calm.
“While we await the result, we urge everyone to remain calm and confident in the process.
“There is absolutely no underhand dealing, as feared by some concerned persons. In the meantime, other aspects of the investigation are progressing well.”
